There were no problems at all concerning shipping. The rifle was a bit dusty and dirty when received, but cleaned up nicely. There were no scratches or any other type of damage. The rifle is mechanically sound and works as advertised.

I purchased a scope mount separately and installed an old 4x Leupold scope. After sighting-in the scope, and using ammunition that I loaded myself, I placed 3 consecutive rounds in a 1-inch bullseye from a distance of 50 yards. I intend to use the rifle for target shooting and hunting hogs in thick woods, so this is good enough for my needs.

The only thing I didn't really care for is the recoil pad. It is very firm and has no "give" or flexibility. I purchased an inexpensive slip-on pad and placed it over the factory pad. I also placed a thick cheek-pad on the stock. Recoil is now very manageable.

I'm very happy with the rifle and would buy it again.
