Model 700 VTR A-TACS has a patent-pending triangular barrel design. A-TACS
camo pattern on its stock is formulated with a digitized pattern that
absorbs surrounding light for chameleon-like versatility. 22" triangular
barrel weighs less than traditional heavy barrels yet delivers the same
degree of heat dissipation and rigidity. Integral muzzle brake reduces
muzzle rise. Vents in the fore-end quicken barrel cooling. X-Mark Pro
externally adjustable trigger system. Chamberings are 223 Rem and 308 Win.
Dual front swivel studs.

When received the gun I looked over the rifle . It was very nice. Every thing seemed to be in good working condition. My son and I went to shoot the gun . It did not shoot the first two bullets. The primers were dented. The next two shot and the gun would not fire again. Called buds and they said that I should have found this out in the inspection when I picked up the gun ,but they understood that shooting the gun at the store was understood but I would have to contact Remington warranty. Remington sent a spring .i found out the firming pin was bent and would not allow the pin to travel far enough or hard enough to discharge the primer. Remington sent me the fire ring assembly. The gun shoots fine now. Great camo my son loves it.

I was very impressed with this rifle when I first got it. It looked very nice, then I got to shoot it and was even more impressed with it. The integrated muzzle break does wonders to the rise. I let my 120 lbs girlfriend shoot from a shoulder position and she barely moved for being a 308. Does NOT come with a scope I suggest a Viper Vortex and a UTG bipod.

HAVE NOT, shot the gun yet, but this review will be for this web site. A+++++ Called and the rep, confirmed that it was in stock, placed the order and said it will take 2-3 weeks, I received it in about 1 week from start to finished, With all the gun BS going on in the US, these guys can pull it off, thanks and hope to have the next purchase the same experience as the last.
