if you want to build your own 10-22 pattern rifle this is a great building block.
I compete with a rifle I built on this receiver once or twice a month. its a great product.
The only points deduction I would give this rifle is for the flat rail. a 20 or 30 MOA rail would work much better for me.
At 300 yards with .22 subsonic ammo I am running out of dial on my scope.
