KeyMod is a recoil resistant, two-part, direct attachment method for accessories that offers outstanding return-to-zero when accessories are removed and reinstalled. SLiM RAIL 15.0 offers weight savings as well as cooling, ergonomics and modularity while maintaining strength and durability. The 15 inch rail gives operators the option to have the support hand extended out close to the muzzle allowing them to drive the gun more precisely and prevents over travel when transitioning between multiple targets. An uninterrupted picatinny rail on top and KeyMod attachment at 3, 6, and 9 o’clock, ensures plenty of real estate for optics and accessories and allows for maximum sight radius for accurate shooting with rail mounted iron sights. Equipped with a free-floating, cold hammer forged, chrome lined barrel, newly designed Daniel Defense buttstock and pistol grip with DD improved flash suppressor.

Haven't shot it yet. I bought it to keep my Noveske company in the safe. Hoping they make a little Colt.

This is my first Daniel Defense and my first AR15. I did a lot of research on which AR to get and the name Daniel Defense always came up. as one of the best AR's that you can get for the money. After a few months of owning it I must say I am happy with my purchase. With that said though I did have one problem with my rifle. The trigger would not reset after you shoot a round. The disconnector would hang up on the hammer and you would have to push the trigger forward to get it to fully reset so you could fire the next round. Rather than deal with DD customer service, I just went ahead and installed a Geissele SD-E and never looked back. But for a $1300 rifle this should have never been a problem. I have shot 1800 rounds through the rifle and I have not had one malfunction with the rifle with the exception of one light primer strike, but that was ammo related. As of now this is my go to rifle and will probably stay that way for some time. I would buy one again.

This is my fourth DDM4 and I gotta say this V11 is amazing. It has to be one of the most unique colorations I have seen yet. Not to mention the performance from DD. I do competitive combat shooting and I run these rifles through hell and back. My guns do not sit in the safe just looking pretty they are used heavily. I run around 1k-2k rounds a day on the weekends and have yet to experience a malfunction with any one of my DDM4's. These are the only rifles I have used that I could say I would truly depend my life on. If you are on the fence because of price or unsure of quality do not hesitate when it comes to DD best factory AR-15 type rifles out there. Big thanks to Bud's for carrying such a great selection as well plus fast shipping and zero aggravations.
