It will shoot 2 3/4 shells however it may not cycle "light"2 3/4 shells it will be fine with standard 2 3/4 shells

Darrel - All daylong! Any 12 gauge shell up to 3 1/2" magnums. Looks like one heck of a versatile shotgun. Plus, most TriStar Shotguns use the Beretta®/Benelli® Mobil Style choke tubes - which are readily available these days. Great choice.

Darrell, yes Sir. With the 3.5" Chamber it will shoot 3" and 2.75" Shells without issue.

Sometimes I accidentally have genius level epiphanies and stumble in great happiness,, like when I decided to retire the old Mossberg and order this fine shooting TriStar. Built very tight but I believe will season nicely. Shoots like a four alarm fire, all get there ‘right NOW!’

WOW!!! AWESOME!!! Took itout this weekend and shot it to pattern it, BUT I did also have the "INDIAN CREEK BLACK DIAMOND choke" on it , also. The FIRST shot I took at 20 yards BLEW A 3" hole in my target that would have taken is head RIGHT off!!!! This is my NEW turkey gun and after shooting it, I LOVE it!!!!!!!!! 30 and 50 yards were awesome to!!!! LOTS of shot in the turkey head and neck at those ranges. I believe I will be able to REACH OUT and TOUCH them turkeys!!!! Thanks for a great gun at a great price!!! Would recommend this gun for ANYONE. Oh, yeah, was shooting 3 1/2 inch shells with 2 1/8 oz powder. LOVED IT!!!!
