Very solid, handsome gun. Has a good swing to it and the recoil pad is very effective. Only downside is it's a little heavy. First time out I took several ducks with it.

Shotgun is of excellent quality very well made and finish is awsome it did have some minor marks on wood but you can’t really see them unless stock is under light at an angel other than that it is a gerate shotgun for the money.

Beautiful shotgun the fit and finish are awesome , put 150 rounds of federal target grade through it so far no problems. Buds was great I will be buying from them again

Exceptional shotgun, the fit and finish are beautiful. I have owned other 500 over the years, but this one is polished I almost don't want to shoot it, but it handles so easy iI can't wait for bird season to start. For the small difference in price i would choose the classic over any other 500 I've owned. Buds has once again delivered exceptional service and shipping. I would highly recommend this gun to everyone.

Same thing as any other 500 but prettier. Only complaint was some sharp/chipped finishing around above the shell ejection. If I had the energy i'd have sent it back to mossberg since the whole idea of buying this model over the other 500's is the appearance. Should have some better QC but otherwise the gun does it's job & the pheasant's hate it.
