The main reason I bought this gun is I wanted a bolt action gun that can take ar15 magazines. (Not really a fan of the ar15) Other than taking it to the range, I don't really have a use for it. I put a Bushnell 4-12x40mm scope on it. It seems to be very accurate, using cheap tula steel case ammo I was able to put 10 rounds in a 2 inch circle at 100yards using a bipod. This is the 3rd ruger american I own. Thinking about getting a 762x39 ranch rifle next to add to the collection.

Fantastic rifle. Really enjoy shooting it. Trigger is great. Very accurate. Tight groups. I would buy again. Great quality for the price. Really good coyote/ vermin rifle.

This is a great rifle. Accuracy is excellent using 55gr. The threaded barrel and AR style mags makes it one of the best choices at this price. Buds was great also, shipped right away...

Seems to be a nice rifle , the 1-8 twist rifling is my main reason for purchase along the plastic stock , this is my new vermin rifle , so far on sighting in grouped .8 MOA match grade ammunition at 100yds. It would be nice if a spare five round mag was included.

Nice bolt gun that uses AR mags. Excellent shooter, very good trigger, I have bought more expensive rifles that I don't enjoy shooting nearly as much.

Very satisfied with the Ruger Predator in .223. Gun is Ruger quality as usual. Very happy how easily Bud's handled the purchase. Rifle was sent to my requested FFL dealer in a timely fashion and the completion of the purchase went very smoothly! Will definitely shop Bud's firearms, ammo and accessories in the future.
