Remington UMC 300 Black Out 120gr OTFB 20rds - Brass Casing

Check the head stamp on this bullet. It should read Barnes. I checked online and found that this is an overflow of ammo for the Govt. made by Barnes. While this info could not be totally verified, I can verify that it shoots consistently for aimed shot placement. The bullet will mushroom as a hunting round and will perform on a par with ammo costing nearly twice as much. It may be too expensive to use as a plinking round. However, I have never had a FTF or FTE in the 100 rounds I have fired in my 300 AR. I cannot comment on using the round as a defensive round. I have reservations that any round fired from an AR platform may have too much penetration to be fired in the home.
