Winchester Ammo Super-X .22 LR 37 GR Hollow Point 100 Bx - Brass Casing

Every top was not crimped properly and spun causing failures to fire. Maybe got a bad batch.

I ORDERED 20 BOXES OF THESE WINCHESTER 22 SHELLS AND THOUGHT BY BUYING THIS PRODUCT THE WINCHESTER SUPER X THAT I WAS GETTING A GREAT PRODUCT. SO FAR I HAVE SHOT ABOUT 400 OF THE 2000 SHELLS AND ABOUT 8 TO 10 SHELLS ARE NOT FIRING OUT OF EVERY 100 PACK WHICH I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED. I BOUGHT THIS BRAND BECAUSE I HAVE USED THEM IN THE PAST WITH EVRY ONCE IN A GREAT WHILE ONE WOULD MISFIRE BUT NOT ALMOST 10% OF THEM. I SWITCHED GUNS BECAUSE I THOUGHT IT WAS MAYBE THE GUNS FAULT BUT IT DID IT IN ALL 3 GUNS, IT WOULD LEAVE THE SAME MARKING ON THE RIM OF THE MISFIRED ONES AS THE FIRED ONES SO IT HAS TO BE SOMETHING WITH THE POWDER I GUESS. I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW IF ANYONE ELSE HAS EXPERIENCED THE SAME PROBLEM? I DO NOT MIND IT AS BAD WHEN JUST TARGET SHOOTING BUT WHEN I AM HUNTING AND NEED TO MAKE THE SHOT COUNT IT IS VERY UPSETTING. I HAVE BEEN SHOOTING REMINGTON 22 SHELLS FROM A BOX OF LOOSE 550 ROUNDS AND ABOUT WENT THROUGH THE WHOLE BOX AND NEVER EXPERIENCED 1 MISFIRE. I GUESS I SHOULD OF PURCHASED THOSE SAME KIND INSTEAD OF WHAT I THOUGHT WAS A BETTER PRODUCT.

I used these for plinking and some armadillo control out of a Walther P22QD. They worked great for both accounts

This is what the S&W Performance Center recommended for my PC617 . I have nick-named the revolver My "golf ball assassin". Its the only ammo that I run through it. Shoots great. Makes for a great "play day" at the range. The Super X's are excellent. Try 'em. 5 stars from Me. I've shot them for 40 years or more. I'm not changin', as long as I can still get them.

As advertised and with one exception of a damage round from manufacturing. Winchester made good on the round. An excellent choice of .22 caliber combination rounds (plinking, target, and hunting) at a reasonable price.

I have 3 preferred 22LR caliber rounds I use in my SR22 4.5" … They are Winchester Sup-X 40grn 1300fps , 37grn 1330fps, & 40grn 1434 fps. All three are great Winchester products and I go through 400-500 rounds every month. Fun stuff - very accurate from my little pistol. Mark C.

I buy this ammo "specifically" for My S&W 617 (8 3/8") revolver. It has a red dot on top. I have dubbed it My "Golf Ball Assassin". It is getting difficult to find this ammo locally. Bud's has it! Don't use it in anything else. But it sure does run good in the 617. Great performing, price is right. Way too easy. You won't be disappointed.

Since I only shoot it through a revolver, I cant speak about it running through a semi. Quality is 1st class. And, with it being a .22LR, spending a few hours at the range doesn't break the bank.
