Excellent customer service. Ordered 500 rounds (usually a case) but this is packaged in 150 round boxes with 3 packs per box. I received 3 boxes and 1 pack of 50 but when I opened one of the boxes there was a pack missing! I thought I would be out of luck but when I contacted Buds they promptly looked into the issue and sent me the missing pack without any hassle. Thanks for the great service, I will definitely order from Buds in the future!
