Our HEAVYWEIGHT shot features a density of 15 grams per cubic centimeter—a third more dense than lead. When combined with our patented FLITECONTROL® wad you get tight, consistent patterns and lethal shot that will allow you to harvest birds beyond your typical range. Try the #7 shot for more pellets on target—it matches, and even exceeds, the downrange energy level of a #5 lead pellet out to 40-yards.

These shells are worth every penny. First purchased them 3 yrs ago when a friend told me he had downed a turkey at 80 yds and he knew of several others who had killed birds at long distances. I was skeptical, especially since they are #7 shot, but thought I'd give them a try. I have shot birds in the 35-45 yd range, but this spring I killed a gobbler at 72 yds...he dropped like a rock! He never kicked, fluttered...nothing. Just dropped dead as a doornail. I shoot a Remington 11-87 with a 26 in barrel and super full choke. These shells pattern extremely well in my gun and obviously get the job done, but as always, make sure you take the time to pattern them in your gun. You won't be disappointed.
