Nice shooter and fit perfect in your hand

Love this gun! The felt recoil of .40 is negated by the extra grip and weight of this pistol. Trigger is omega, so you know it’s going to be good. Highly recommend this for full size carry or home defense.

This is an excellent full size handgun. It points well, is accurate and soft shooting. It is not made in this caliber anymore though so if you want one in .40S&W NOW is the time to get it. Solidly built and never an issue with regards to reliability after 300 rounds so far. Mine in going back out to the range with me next week. I am using the grip it came with but may go up to the next size larger. The controls are within easy reach and is a great compliment to the P07. I like my 09 in .40 so much that I bought one in 9x19 as well. I’m not sure why the .40 is not as popular as it once was but it is still an excellent cartridge for defense.

I have waited for this firearm for over 4 years now and for awhile I could not even find one for sale then I started seeing some for sale and the price was much more than I wanted to pay...Finally Bud's had it and the price was excellent with free shipping to......This firearm is a beauty and its everything that I have reviewed about it.....THe Orange model is a little more beaded up than the regular Tactical Sport...and of course I have to have it in 40 s.w. because I a going to get the Shadow 2 Orange in the 9mm that just came out....I am a CZ freak and have just about most of the handguns from them...My next gun will be the Cz Scorpion I think in 9mm.......Thanks Bud's for making my dream happen!

My first CZ, but definitely not my last. Comfortable shooter, comes with 2 mags, 3 backstrap sizes, a cleaning rod, and a bore brush. Only have 100 rounds through it, still pleased with how clean it was afterwards. I think the trigger's fine, but there are aftermarkets if you aren't as fond of it. Serrations on the slide have good bite and the sights glow in the dark (not tritium) as well, which wasn't advertised and was a pleasant surprise. I'm a southpaw, and appreciated how straightforward changing the mag release around was. Also changed out the decocker for the manual safety (Condition 1!). I have absolutely no complaints (I might just be easy) and would definitely buy it again. I'll be running a couple hundred more through it before I carry it, but I certainly don't expect any issues along the way. If you want a hammer-fired .40cal, I don't think it gets much better than this one, whether left- or right-handed. Bud's handled the transaction very professionally, as has always been my experience.

CZ firearms are some of the best in the world. Great craftsmanship, easy to disassemble and assemble. CZ's are accurate and can take a beating. Very pleased with this hand gun.
