Excellent quality. Rifle secured inside with velcro straps and plenty of pockets for magazines, etc. Material feels extremely durable and should last the lifetime of my rifle. I carry a standard LE6920 which fits nicely with the stock collapsed.

Love this case for my AR-15. I can keep everything from magazines, cleaning kit, and some extra ammo with room to spare. The Velcro straps inside the case and the padding secure the rifle well too. Much better price and product than I could find in Cabelas or Bass Pro.

Just received this bag today from Buds (fast shipping by the way) and I'm glad I purchased it. This is a single rifle bag with more pockets than you need. I say that knowing that I'll fill almost all of them with "go bag" items. The description on Buds in pretty vague so I'll be as detailed as I can to encourage you to buy it. First off, you pick it up and you feel that it has some weight to it. It just feels like it can handle any environment. It's tough and deserves a beard or at least a mustache. The back pack straps on the back are padded and comfortable. You can also adjust the heck out of them to fit just about any size. The straps to come with a front connection that allows you to strap it across your chest for a tighter fit, like a camping/hiking back pack. Once again, this is comfortable but feels like it'll go to hell with you and back. Secondly, there are pockets. Tons of pockets and pockets inside of pockets. In the picture you'll notice that there are 3 front pouches and one large pouch that is directly behind the front three. The three front pouches have clips to secure them as well as some velcro on the underside. They also have bungees under the flaps of the pouches to secure the items that you put into the pouches. The outer two of the three have a divider that splits the pouch into two pockets. The divider runs left to right creating two large pockets. The middle pouch is simply a big pocket that requires two strips of velcro and two plastic clips. Also, on the front of the middle pouch, there is an area to velcro your name or patch or whatever to the front. On either side of the front three pouches there are zippers that open up to.... pockets. Who knew, right? They feel deep but good luck getting your hand in there. These are good for AR magazines, I'll stick to 5.56 magazines at this point. You'll notice too that there are MOLLE straps. There's not much to say about that other than you can attach more pockets or gizmos there. Now for the big pocket that is behind the three front pouches. First you must unclip the top of the bag right next to the velcro handle. Yes, you must undo that handle, too. The zipper has two zipper things (really don't know what to call them, zipper handles maybe?). The zipper goes around all sides except the bottom of the pocket. Once you finally open it (in about 5-10 seconds) you'll notice that attached to the inside of the pocket are two other pockets that are velcroed shut. You can fit a 10.5" netbook in both to give you an idea of what kind of space you're working with. There are two more pockets inside this big one. They are on the back of the three front pockets and they are zippered shut. You can fit 2 iPads in one and a unicorn in the other. I'm just saying that the other one is a huge pocket and you could fit ammo, MRE, or other things that we don't need to discuss. Let's open this bad boy up now. Will the AR free float in the bag or will it strap down? I couldn't find out that information on the web and I wanted mine to strap in. This was the $62 gamble (including shipping w/insurance) I took as I wanted my AR to strap in. Well, this one has two straps. They run from top to bottom and have about 7" of velcro on bother 11" straps. Top to bottom meaning the skinny length of the bag. The straps are 1 1/2" thick and are 18" apart. From left to right, the first strap sits at 9" and the second at 25 1/2", or just on the other side of the top carry handle on the bag. This bag also has the bottom left and right corners to put your butt stock and barrel in. They are 45 degree corner pockets measuring 8" at the longest part. You'll also notice that the inside of the bag is heavily padded. I'm not saying the padding will stop bullets or that you should throw this bag with you gun off a rock face, but it'll protect your gun and optics from bumps along the path. You'll also see that underneath the zipper is a heavy pad wrapped in the same material the bag is made of. This pad runs almost the full length and width of the bag. The bottom seam is also padded. My overall thoughts on this bag: Buy it. This is the best "soft" bag and deal there is. I would've paid $100 for this, and would've elsewhere but Buds, as always, destroyed the competition. This bag is rugged and tough and will hold just about anything you need it to. Hope this helps.
