Spikes Lower Parts Kit AR-Platform

Great lower parts kit, trigger is surprisingly nice for this price point. Pistol grip is great. I would definitely purchase again.

Trigger kit is pretty good, fit well inside lower receiver. No issues what so ever, highly recommend if your not worried about the price. There's probably other kits out their thats are cheaper though which are just as good. Only bought this to pair up with my lower receiver.

Do not worry about purchasing parts made by Spikes Tactical !!! They 100% stand behind their parts !!! I can vouch for it 1st hand. I purchased the Spikes SLPK301 Lower Parts Kit Enhanced from Buds a few weeks ago. After receiving the kit and looking over the parts, I found an issue with the trigger guard that came with the kit. It was just a minor issue. There are supposed to be two little black rubber bumpers/spacers that are on both inside ends of the trigger guard. I have to assume they are there to alleviate any chance of there being to much space between the trigger guard and lower receiver due to spec tolerances between parts. The trigger guard I received in the kit had one of them missing. I reached out to Spikes Tactical directly since I didn't want to have to go through sending parts back to Buds for such a minor issue. I have full faith Buds would have done so without an issue, I just didn't want to wait all the extra time. I am 100% glad I made this decision. I spoke with John at Spikes Tactical warranty department by phone. He immediately apologized for the issue and said send me a picture of the part along with your contact info in an email and I will get you a new one out in the mail. I sent him the email he asked for when I got home that night and got a confirmation from USPS the very next day with a tracking number indicating that Spikes Tactical had shipped an item to me. All I was expecting to receive was the missing black bumper/spacer I needed. When I opened the package I had a brand new trigger guard with both bumpers/spacers on it and some extremely cool stickers from Spikes Tactical. Spikes Tactical just earned my business for all future parts I need that they make. I am more than happy to pay a little extra money to get parts from a company that backs it products like this. Sure you can find cheaper parts, but how many of them are the quality of Spikes Tactical with this kind of product guarantee and customer service.

Decided to try this kit for my most recent build as it contained a lot of the extras that I normally install on my lowers. Being a lefty, the ambi safety was what caught my eye, but all the other add-ons were all most welcome! This will be my new go to kit for all future builds! everything fit great and function was perfect. trigger was better than any stock unit that I have seen, and seems to just get better with use. This is a combat rifle, not a target rifle. Use this for your next build and I think you will be just as happy with it as I am !
