Gun looks great. I had the blue model years ago before this SS version. The trigger is not the best for consistant target shooting (compared to the excellent S&W Model 41). Ae It only comes with one magazine - though the case can hold an extra two inside. (I bought a couple on Ebay for $50.)

Took this Buck Mark to the range for the first time this weekend and put about 200 rounds thru it. Had one failed to fire and no other problems. Very reliable, smooth action! This pistol is very accurate!! I had groups of two to three inches. I am very impressed with the quality of the workmanship and materials used in this weapon. If you need a good pistol to practice with this is the one!

This pistol is amazing. I shot 200 rounds of CCi Mini Mags (36 grain) and had NO misfires. Excellent gun for me a beginner—a lady with no past shooting experience. Very little recoil, almost none. The best gun to learn and train with. I purchased a pink Hogue grip to put on the handle for extra snug grip. Love this gun!!! I would recommend this for women who are beginners like myself and are not used to the loud noise from the gun firing or recoil. EXCELLENT*** Thank you Buds Gun Shop

I own 11 handguns. Revolvers and semi's. Nothing fits my hand like the Buckmark UFX. The gun fits my hand instead of my hand fitting the gun if that makes sense. It is the most comfortable handgun I have ever fired. The fit and finish is excellent. More accurate then I could ever be. A pleasure to fire. I received it three weeks ago and have put through at least 500 rounds of various makes and have not had one issue. I clean all my firearms after firing.

Just got it today so haven't shot it yet but I owned a Buckmark in the 1980s when they first came out. It was a tackdriver and I expect no less from this one. What a beautiful pistol! The price was beautiful too. I shopped around and Buds had the best price bar none! And with the $75 rebate Browning is running right now, the price was a steal! Buds did warp speed shipping. Neither Buds nor Browning ever disappoint!

Well, I really wanted to like this gun. I did a ton of research and it came down to the Buck Mark and the Ruger Mark II/III. They both got very good reviews for the most part, but the complexity of tearing down the Ruger swayed me to the Browning. I'm new to handguns, and I had a NRA instructor suggest that I work on my technique and marksmanship on a .22 pistol. I think this was good advice, but I am new to the .22 ammo world. I mention this because I also see where there is a ton of opinion about what ammo is "good" and what is "dirty" that can lead to FTF/FTE problems. I put about 1,500 rounds of a variety of ammo through this gun, so I am hoping that would alleviate that variable. Bottom line is that the gun kept "bridging" the round in the breach usually on round 8,9, or 10. Sometimes very difficult to remove the cartridge since it was jammed in there so tightly. So, must be the magazine or the mag spring, right? So, I purchase another magazine (Browning made and labeled) and this does not change a thing. It became a pretty consistent problem. So much so that visiting the range became an aggravation, not the fun it is supposed to be. I clean it. I run it lubed. I run it dry. It just did not matter. This gun was not functioning as intended and I think the issue is/was that the feed ramp placement is too low to the chamber or not rounded enough to allow a round that does not have a ton of spring tension on it to be fed into the chamber. It just looks like the feed ramp is 1-2mm too low. Anyway, it is at Browning now and will take about a month to get back. I am hoping they can smooth out the feed ramp interface and that will be that. Aside from that (kinda a big "aside" however..) the gun feels good in the hands, has nice balance, and a light and smooth trigger. The Camper UFX version I got came with worthless black sites, so unless you are 12 and have eagle eyes, you will be putting at least a new front sight on this gun. I got a Dawson Precision front sight and it helped things for certain (if I'd do it again, I'd probably get the Williams Fire Sights set..still may), so either buy a version of the Buck Mark that has better sites or just calculate the cost of new ones in). So, that's it. Disappointed, but hoping I got a lemon and all will be well when I get it back from the gunsmith at Browning).

My first purchase from Buds. Very easy and smooth transaction. This is my first target pistol. I spent alot of time in gun shops comparing different guns. Center fire ammo is getting too expensive for me, so it was time for a nice 22 target pistiol. For me, it really only came down to two brands. Browning and Ruger. Once I put this gun in my hands it was over! The UFX grips are as comfortable as it gets! If you have medium to small hands, you will love this gun. I compared this gun to some of the Ruger pistols in the same price range. The Rugers were not as comfortable and this gun looks and feels like it is made much better. The high quality alluminum frame on the Buckmark gives it a nice balance. The triger is light and crisp with no take up. It feels much better than any stock Ruger trigger that I've tried. I fired 100 rds of federal bulk with no problems. Then I fired 150 rds of federal target ammo. I had a few failures to fire and a few failures to eject. The gun was not cleaned or oiled before the first use. I'm sure it will get better once it's cleaned, oiled, and it breaks in. Also, this gun is very accurate! The sights did need to be adjusted. One of the range officers helped me adjust the sights. He put every shot in the size of a half dollar at 10yds. So I definitly recommend this gun. Also, the magazines are metal, made very well, and eject very nice. This is just one great gun! Very fun to shoot. Thanks Buds. I will buy from you again....and thanks Browning! Nice gun and great grip design.
