Was recommended to me by a friend, and have nothing but good things to say about the XDm. Took it to the range and only took me a few shots to get adjusted. Nice weight, feel, and size.

love the xdm 40 . did have a malfuction at the range , might have been a mag issue , the extra mag i bought for the gun failured to feed correctly ,jam , i also saw this gun jam twice in nuttinfancy glock vs xdm video on YOU tube , other than that love the gun , I like the look of the gun , grip is good and a bit ruff to other polymer wonders , lol i shoot the gun very accurately , I have a iwb holster and can conceal this fulln size 4.5 in shorts and a tee shirt no problem ;-) . kinda mixed feelings also about the bigger controls , mag release and take down lever are big and I have had to change my shooting technique to shoot this gun effectly for any peroid of time , I pefer my thumbs high and support hand ,left hand thumb extended , and just doesnt work w this gun . but it is my favorite piece so far , but my next gun will be a glock . then will then own all three , since i have a m@p 9 , XDM 40 , IM GONING FOR A GLOCK 21 .45 ! SHOOT ON GUN FANS !

This is a great gun. With the hi-cap mags and the Gear that comes with it (Holster, mag holder, speed loader and two other back straps for the grip and two mags) makes it a great deal. Gun also shoots great not a single malfunction yet. Local Retailers want 650+ for this gun in a Blk/Blk finish. Paid 618 for mine and super fast shipping gun is 599 now on here. Its a great buy overall.

I purchased this hand gun from Buds over a year ago and I love it. Buds was fast and easy like always. The XDM is a nail driver and functions great. I have put probably around 800 rounds, if not more, through it and don't remember ever having a malfunction. Very satisfied with the XDM and happy I made the purchase, would definitely recommend this firearm.

If you can, try before you buy. This is a good pistol but, there is better at the same or at a lower price. I didn't like the sights and after about 300rds a grove started to appear on the barrel. Take down was A+ though.

The XDm is a fantastic gun and Buds is the perfect place to purchase it. I have no regrets. I've only taken it out to the range once so far but I put 175 rounds through it that day. Never once did the gun have any problems or give me any reasons to question its capabilities. It even managed to stay at a cool temperature under fast paced shooting. I tried out 10 pistols from friends and rentals from the local range. This, being my favorite, was the one I decided to purchase. The integrated safety mechanisms work flawlessly and trigger feels great to me. Being that I'm fairly new to shooting pistols I'm still working on my accuracy but still managed to slap down most of the metal targets I pointed her at. I, personally, wouldn't want to carry this as a concealed gun due to its size and weight but if you're looking for a very solid + accurate + reliable + well-rounded pistol ... then I would recommend this one. Also, the aftermarket is beginning to make products for the XDm. If for some reason the 16+1 of 40cal just isn't enough for you ... you can now get an extension to 19+1. I've also heard that a 25+1 will be produce very soon as well. I'm happy to see that these, among many new extras, are being made for all of us XDm enthusiasts. ** In response to one of the earlier reviews about the difficulty of removing a fully loaded mag from the gun due to its stiff mag release button ... I would recommend applying pressure to the bottom of the mag upwards as you press the button. You will notice that this makes it much easier. **

I was carrying a Glock before but this gun is GREAT!!! . Very accurate gun when using the right ammo. I kept the first six rounds I ever fired through it withing 4 inches of each other and that was at 25 yards. Very easy clean up, and love the interchangable back straps. Hope aftermarket sights become available quickly, would like some fiberoptic for it. Budsgunshop was a great help with the entire order. Thank you.

I PICKED UP MINE TODAY AND LOADED IT WITH 17 ROUNDS AND WENT OUTSIDE AND HAD A BALL! I MUST SAY THAT THIS IS A FINE HAND GUN, I ONLY HAVE ONE HAND AND THAT ONE IS DAMAGED BUT I CAN HOLD THIS ONE VERY WELL WITH THE SMALL GRIP INSERT ON. I MUST HAVE THE MAG RELEASE ON TH RIGHT SIDE AS THIS IS AND I CAN HANDLE WELL. I AM A NEW COMER TO SPORT SHOOTING AND THIS GUN MAKES IT POSSIBLE FOR ME TO JOIN IN. IT IS LIGHT, FAST AND TEARS DOWN SO VERY EASY AND WITH ONE HAND I CAN STILL DO IT, WITH PRACTICE I WILL GET BETTER. VERY IMPRESSIVE GUN AND HOLDS SO VERY MANY ROUNDS, (16 + 1) AWESOME!!! GET YOURSELF ONE AND FIND OUT!!!!
