Buds does what Hickok45 says... MMM Buds Good. 1 very sweet pistola, it's kinda like a G lock but for men, and real women! Love it! I hope DW does the right thing and brings the Valor back, I could use a new shower gun, and toilet gun, breadbox gun, fridge gun. Thanks Buds!

This firearm went back to DW twice. I never did get it to feed reliably. Nor could they for that matter.

I own several 1911s, and this is one of my favorite. This is extremely well made, with clean lines and tight fitting parts. The finish is flawless and after several hundred rounds put through it the finish seems very durable. The heft of the steel frame helps it feel more comfortable to shoot than a lighter from. I normally shoot 200 rounds in an hour at the range, so comfort matters. The accuracy is excellent.

Ordered a Dan Wesson VBOB from Bud's a little while back, did their layaway program after payment was received the product was shipped within 48hours to my LGS very quickly; Had no problems with payments or shipping. The product itself (Dan Wesson VBOB Black in .45ACP) was just as you would expect a new firearm to come to you, perfect. Nice lockable hard-case, (2) Mag's, Barrel-Bushing tool, I believe a cleaning brush, paperwork and your safety lock. Of course everything was mint, no issues at all. The Dan Wesson VBOB is the best all around production 1911 period IMHO; Forged frame & slide; all (High-end) small parts fitted beautifully and they use companies from Wilson Combat, EGW & Cylinder & Slide for their small parts; Of course you also have a Match Grade Barrel; The entire firearm is coated in Dan Wesson's proprietary "Black" Duty Coat which as explained by DW is a High Resistant, durable coating that literally is adheres to the steel, similar to a DLC treatment. Either way it's a Dark Rich black in color and is absolutely beautiful. Rear Site is a square notched, with (1) single tritium dot in the middle of the square notched site with then the front site is tritium with bright white circle encircling another tritium dot (Straight eight configuration) Im not sure if their Trijicon or Henie's; The rear site has a ledge for one handed capabilities of racking the slide on just about anything. Sweet 3.5-4lbs (Typical curved shoe) trigger with no uptake and a extremely short reset. Comes stock w/ your typical light grey/black designed G10 grips. I could go on & on about this pistol so ive already said it. It's the perfect production 1911 for the $..... I have no doubt's in my mind that I would order from Bud's again. Thank you so much

Awesome pistol , would highly recommend this to anyone wanting a great looking and shooting pistol. Was hoping to get the 2017 model and i did , buds did a great job , it took a little longer than i wanted ( i think because of a tropical storm from the gulf slowed FedEx down ) but the gun was perfect and i'm one happy camper. First thanks to Buds for a smooth transaction and fast shipping ordered on Tuesday and picked up at FFL on Thursday. The V-BOB what can I say fit and finish perfect. I was looking for a 1911 without completely breaking the bank and the Dan Wesson still a production type fill that and more. My range trips have been trouble free after more than 200rds and is a tack driver.

I ordered this Dan Wesson Valor V-BOB on Sunday night (after a few cocktails!) and the gun showed up at my FFL gun shop on Tuesday! Very fast service! The gun was as advertised, factory new, in perfect condition. This is one outstanding 1911. Extremely well built, solid and feels so good in hand. The fit and finish is flawless. The minimal markings, the black duty finish, the bobbed backstrap, and the commander configuration add to the simple elegance of this weapon. I highly recommend the Dan Wesson to those wanting a top shelf, premium 1911. God bless America.
