Never had one malfunction. 4000 rounds.. The stock grip is a bad angle for me and I couldn’t shoot well without adding a stock. I sbr’d this pistol. I think only way to make it a fun shooter.

I finally got the chance to take this out a few days ago after it sitting in the safe. I haven't changed anything on it aside from adding a Vortex StrikeFire 2 and an SBS brace. My brother and I headed out to the range and worked on zeroing the optic at 7 and 18 yards. Zeroing was extremely quick (about 10 rounds to zero at 7 and verify at 18). Once zeroed we started running the weapon through it's paces. What I like about this weapon is the size to power ratio. From a shouldered firing position you see virtually zero muzzle rise and can maintain a tight group. When we were shooting at 18 yards I started goofing off on rapid fire, and even not practicing the best trigger control of my life I was still maintaining a 2 in group that left a large hole in the target. Then I took it to rapid target transition. I was about to move between 5 targets very quickly and accurately without having to fight the weapon or worry about my sight picture after each shot. Once you get the hang of it's functions (my back ground is with AR style rifles, bolt actions, and semi auto pistols) it's extremely easy to do rapid reloads and continuous engagement drills. What I don't like about this weapon is all replaceable. The handstop is trash. I was not a fan of it's shape or orientation. This is a big personal preference thing, but I would rather just grip the bare rails than bother with it. The second thing, and this seems pretty universal, the selector switch. For starters its just a clunky design I could never quite get my thumb to find when I was looking for it. It felt stiff and hard to actuate (that'll probably fix itself over time). The part that most annoyed me was the ambidextrous selector. I'm right handed and my right index knuckle was rubbing against the switch, which caused a hotspot that is still noticeable a few days later. A quick google found there are plenty of replacement options that would appear to remedy this situation. All in all it is an extremely fun and manageable firearm to shoot. I could see it being very effective for CQB and home defense once you've adapted it to your personal preferences and style.

Love my scorpion. Fun and accurate to shoot. Lots of aftermarket support to make it your own. Eats anything I’ve fed it.

Beautiful firearm, needs obvious changes to the grip, charging handle and a right hand safety delete as many others have stated. Arrived quickly and well boxed. Thanks Buds!

I originally wanted to get my hands on the S2 micro, but due to limited availability, I settled for this S1, and sought out an after market conversion kit. The conversion was pretty seamless, and the firearm works flawlessly. Several hundred rounds, and not a single stoppage or failure to fire. That's with a variety of ammunition, including subsonic while suppressed. I only have two complaints with the stock configuration: 1) The trigger was one of the worst I've encountered; grainy, heavy, with a lot of take-up. Shipping the lower receiver off to an aftermarket service with some replacement parts was worth its weight in gold. 2) The ambidextrous safety selector is poorly designed and will dig into most shooter's hands on the off side; an aftermarket replacement was sought for that as well. Alternatively, replacing the grip with a modified angle will also help (I did both). Once these changes were implemented, this is my go-to for a "backpack gun," and I willingly stake my life on its reliability. Also worth noting, as a left-handed shooter, firing while suppressed is not too abusive. Expect some soot on the face, but no back pressure or heat to notice. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a PDW-sized, high capacity 9mm.

Gun runs flawless I did replace the grip, safety and trigger, as well as the hanguard. Great home protection gun. Runs subsonic ammo very well.

Gun is still running strong with a little over 1k rounds through it. There are plenty of aftermarket accessories available if you're into modifications.
