SCCY CPX1 Sniper Grey
Barrel: machined from bar stock with 7 lands and grooves having a 161 right hand twist.
Receiver: 7075T6 aircraft grade heat treated aluminum alloy, machined from bar stock.
Grip/Frame: Made from Zytel polymer, with ergonomic finger grooves and an integral "RE-COIL CUSHION" on the backstrap.
Recoil Spring System: all steel, fully encapsulated for ease of disassembly and reassembly.
Slide Lock/Release: steel with a Zytel over molded polymer extension for ease of operation.
3 dot sight system: steel rear sight, adjustable for windage only with locking screw.
Hammer firing system: double action only, internal hammer with inertial firing pin to prevent accidental discharge if dropped.
Manual Guarded Safety: Newly designed with a guard molded into the frame.
Double action trigger: specifically designed for shooter comfort and accuracy by designing the system to have a smooth effortless, consistent 9 pound trigger pull.
Magazine: included with (2) double stack, 10 round capacity magazines with finger extension base installed and 2 flat magazine bases included.
Trigger Guard Lock: custom designed to properly fit and be child resistant. Includes 2 keys.

My first SCCY I purchased was a -2 variation. Other than addressing the trigger pull I am pleased as a hog in a wallow. This model is the first , -1, and there were issues from the start. The materials used in manufacturing the trigger components were not up to the task. I contacted the folks at SCCY and updated components were sent directly. I’ve been a Gunsmith for the last 40 years so I was capable of making the swap out myself. This one still needs a trigger job but I’ve chosen to leave it as is for now. I couldn’t be more pleased with SCCY and the crew at Buds.

First 9mm I bought after shooting several rounds through it I ended up having problems with the trigger pull but I had a full warranty on my gun so I was able to ship the gun off and they fixed it and since then I've had no problems with it.

This is a good little gun, pretty accurate and good home defense pistol. Does have a long hard trigger pull in comparison to my Smith and Wesson ez but that's to be expected. Highly recommend Buds guns, they're easy to deal with and have some of the best quality affordable guns on the Internet. Thank you Buds Guns

As soon as I received mine I ran 40 rounds through it and it operated flawlessly. It was accurate and fed each round perfectly regardless of how fast I fired it. It is so comfortable in my hand. I was concerned that it might be a little small since I have relatively large hands, but it feels great. The amazing thing is the price. This gun is made in the USA and is probably the best 9mm value on the market. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a compact 9mm.

Amazing small firearm! Magazine extension was amazing to have too. Easily concealable and dependable. Smooth action when firing as well.
