• Q: Is this legal to ship in California?

  A:

  Dennis, yes it can ship to CA. CA considers the lower receiver to be the firearm; the rest are parts. These parts may be figured into Assault Weapon status of the firearm, but for purchase they are not considered firearms or legally-restricted goods.

• Q: Is the flash hider welded or pinned?

  Lukasz, it is not. The barrel is 16" and the Flash Hider is screwed on and removable.

• Q: It this barrel threaded? If so what size?

  Jarrett, yes, it is 5/8x24 Thread Pitch .
• Q: I have a ruger 556 mpr and I was wanting to swap out the upper for this one will is work without modification or will I run into feeding issues.

  Should be just fine. The feed ramps are in the barrel not the lower. Just get the proper magazines. 300 blackout from Magpul are best. Your original 5.56/223 magazines may work though.

• Q: Does this come with the charging handle, BCG, forward assist, & ejection port cover?

  Yes it DOES come with treated BCG, pinned and staked gas key. Right handed charging handle. Real nice 15" thin hand guard. dust cover and forward assist.
