I've had this RAS47 for a year or so, was finally able to take it to the range, lotsa fun!. Worked flawlessly, on target out of the box, easily hit steel at 100 yards even with tired old eyes.

Furniture on all of the gun was dinged up, gun didn't come in any oil.

I've read a lot of negative info about this rifle but I have absolutely no complaints. It has functioned flawlessly, I really love the walnut stock look and it's a great price at Buds. I have put ~200 rounds down range with it so far with no problems. Every round fed properly, went bang, and ejected properly. I would buy this rifle again. The primary reason that I chose this AK was the price and the walnut furniture.

Buds lived up to their billing on this order. The shipping was quick and the firearm was excellent. The wood on the stock and forearm were very nice. One of the best AK's I have seen in a while. I will be doing business with Buds again.

Received the rifle at a promptly time. I took it to the range and fired a bit more than 200 rounds. I didn’t have any malfunctions at all. This is my first AK platform I’ve ever fired, and it’s amazing. Many AK fan boys will talk shit about being a RAS and shitty parts, just because it’s an AK, it doesn’t mean the rifle needs maintenance. If you take care of your rifle, the rifle will take care of you. I would recommend.

I always wanted an AK so this gun has been one I wanted for awhile now. It shoots well and more accurate than I thought it would be. I had one FTF and one shell got stuck but I blame that on the steelcased Tulammo. Other than that, I love my gun and would buy another RAS47 if given the chance again. I love the walnut furniture and the quality of this gun made by Century Arms.

Nice looking rifle, the walnut furniture looks great. Cleaned and went to range, fired 80 rounds at 50 yards with all shots in one foot diameter circle with factory sights. Two "failure to feed" rounds out of eighty. Hope this doesn't happen next time at range. Really short stock for a man over 6'4" tall. Will need to extend somehow. Will see how it performs in future. Buds shipping was great, placed order on Friday, received gun from FFL 5 days later. Can't beat that with a stick.
