I use a pocket holster and it fits in my pocket. I use it often in summer when wearing light clothes like shorts and shirt. It is reliable and accurate.

Very happy with another Kahr product. I did experience many FTF during break in with cheap ball ammo. Weapon performed flawlessly with expensive self defense rounds. Seems it prefers a tapered bullet.

Love this gun! After I broke it in with a couple hundred rounds it settled down to being completely reliable. I carried a friend's Glock 42 for a couple days and decided it was just too big to be practical. Shot another friend's Ruger LCP and found it so light it was painful to shoot, after 50 rounds I knew I didn't want to go there. This gun is in between size and I can put hundreds of rounds through it without discomfort but is small enough to conceal in my front pocket. Stiff recoil spring, but that makes it more comfortable to shoot.

First time shooting it at the range today with zero malfunctions. Great little pocket 380.

I took delivery of this pistol recently, and to be candid, I was not terribly impressed. I'm a firearms professional and quite frankly, this gun simply did not meet my standards for quality. It was however a very compact sized pistol. Right from the box, I found the pistol to be quite stiff and it was quite difficult to operate the slide. I thought to use if for my female students but quickly abandoned that idea when I asked a few of them to operate the slide and they could not. I found the Cerakote finish to look good, but to impart a somewhat "gritty" feel to the pistol when handling it. In addition, one of the magazines would not lock the slide open, right out of the box, and never did during testing. I did find the pistol to be accurate and the recoil manageable. The pistol never became fully reliable before I suspended testing. After testing with 100 rounds, one of my male friends with good upper body strength offered to buy the pistol, knowing its limitations, for what I paid for it. I cheerfully let him have it and gave him the other two boxes of ammo I budgeted for testing for taking it off my hands. My bottom line opinion? There are much better choices available in a .380 than this offering from Kahr, and this is coming from a Kahr enthusiast. Spend a bit more on the competition and you will be happier I think, especially if you have hand strength issues.

This gun feels good in the hand, but that is where the fun ended for me. My first trip to the range all I could manage was 9 or 10 magazines. The gun had failure to feed about 80% of the time as well as a few stove pipes. Most of the time it would feed 2/3rd of the way and I would have to push the slide. On about a 1/3 of the occasions it would 1/2 feed and I would have to drop the magazine and completely rack the slide. I used Magtech, Federal and Fiocchi. The Fiocchi would not function at all. The CT380 goes back to Kahr tomorrow, if I can get an RMA from them. I was supposed to have that yesterday but Khar is slow and the customer service rep was not very friendly on the phone!!! I will follow up on this review when I get it back from Kahr, as to how the firearm functions and if all is well I will up the rating. Right now I am thinking maybe I should have purchased the Glock 42.

I just purchased this firearm. Overall fast shipping from Bud's..Thank you Bud's. Took the firearm to the range, like may others have experienced, I had some failure to feed and or eject. Don't let this hinder your purchase. After the gun was slightly broken in around 50 rounds, I had no problems at all. Kahr makes a great firearm. This little 380 shot great and on target, with very comfortable recoil. May be tough for some due to the slide being hard to rack back, but overall a great firearm. Great finish, looks great in person, plus fits nicely with my larger hands.

Buds is like a candy store for guns i love it. So on to the Kahr CT380. if you love double action revolvers or hammer-less this is your gun. as a matter of fact i think all Kahr guns would be. the trigger pull is like that of a double action revolver. the pull is very smooth and the break you will know when you get there. travels smooth till you get to the break, it gets noticeably firm then POP. this gun is not for new shooters. i had 4 people fire this gun. i had 1 FTF in about 250 rounds. the other 3 people had 3-4 each magazine. it holds 7. this gun has noticeable recoil and yes for a 380 it is a bit much for new shooters. this gun weighs 15oz fully loaded it is less than 10oz empty. the recoil is sharp and if you dont hold this gun tight you will get FTFs frequently. do not let that detour you from this gun. My GF wont let me get another one because she cant shoot it. she is one of the 3. it is fantastic the trigger is great it feels awesome in the hand and is striker fired. this is a small gun. the slide is rather stiff and at 400 rounds total in this gun it loosened up a little, this is not a gun you can rack on the fly easy and confidently. i will say again this gun is small. very thin and very light. Get a good grip on this little thing and go to town. i recommend the SIG brand 100gr 380 ammo. it has a flat nose and helps with feeding on smaller guns round ball did not feed as nice. if you can get the tungston one before it is gone. comes with 2 mags, only Kahr that does.

The little CT380 feels good in my hands and the grip is long enough that my pinky doesn't hang off the grip . Recoil is pleasant in that it doesn't feel like a firecracker going off in your hands when shot and it doesn't beat up the web of your hand. Nicely finished and well put together pistol. Accurate as you can shoot it. Shoots as accurately as the larger pistols in part aided by the good sights. A lot of small pocket pistols have very poor sights. Not this pistol. Trigger pull is smooth at 5lbs but takes a little getting used to as it is long compensating for the pistol not having a safety on it. Tucks easily away in your pocket. I use a sticky holster MD1. Now the down side of this pistol. Take the break in period seriously! Had quite a few failures to feed or completely chamber a round. You must use the slide release as directed by Khar to reliably chamber the first round. Can't just rack the slde. Doesn't like steel cased ammo too much . Had more failures to feed with this ammo. Seems like the extractor is so tight to let the rim of the case slide under it that it causes failures to feed by slowing the slide too much. Once broken in the gun shoots very well and reliably. Might take more than 200 rounds to do this!!
