Love it!!! Light weight, accurate, unnoticeable recoil. Just what I was looking for, carbine size rifle the shoots .45 ACP

Bought this carbine a few months ago from Bud's, was a smooth transaction and fast shipping to my local ffl. As to the carbine itself if you are a .45 acp shooter this thing is as fun and effective at 100 yards and under as it gets. I shoot steel on handgun ranges where I could have never practiced with a carbine before. Just for amusement purposes I ran it on Ohio's ridiculously easy carbine qualification course, I could not believe how well the thing performed from an accuracy standpoint. As to reliability I would give it four stars, seems to run 100% with most anything, except on occasion particularly weak ball ammo will not fully eject (rare). The standard pressure higher quality ammunition seems completely good to go. Like many AR based stuff it likes to be lubricated a lot. If you are debating (as I did) between the model with or without the Geissele trigger. If you have the cash go with the Geissele, never been a fan of "cute" triggers anywhere but for specific range/competition uses. This trigger would be the exception, for me at least it is a true "goldilocks" trigger, not too light just right for great control shooting and moving without worries. I bought an Aimpoint from Bud's for my copy, but the full length rail would allow experimenting with any sight set-up imaginable. I would not under normal circumstances pick a pistol caliber carbine to deal with anything critical out in the world, but for fun, training, home defense this little carbine is a mean machine. Good accuracy under 100 yards, lightweight, limited blast other than fun and training, potentially good as a house gun depending on where you live.
