Yes. The SU-16C has a true folding stock and can be fired with the stock folded.

The photo depicts an SU-16C, and this firearm can be fired when the stock is folded. However, if you live in a restricted state like California, then this folding stock does not qualify the rifle as "featureless." The SU-16A and SU-16B, and SU-16CA all fold with the stock connected to the trigger guard and housing-- placing the trigger inside the magazine well when folded, and thus making it "Cali legal" for a "featureless" 5.56x45mm rifle alternative to, say, an AR-15. The A model has a thicker barrel than the B-- both have a pinned front sight at the muzzle (AR style for elevation). The CA model has an integrated sight/gas-block like the C model, but has a threaded barrel cap (for muzzle devices like compensators or suppressors). Each model of A, B, and CA can house two Kel-Tec 10round magazines in the stock well, or one STANAG GI magazine. There are D and E variants as well, with different handguards and stocks, but these are not kosher in a restricted state (generally... know your state's rules). The common models A, B, C, and CA are often confused because the C model is not legal in California, but the A, B, and CA models are. Good luck.
