The picture most likely isn't accurate, according to the UPC code it should look like this: http://www.lipseys.net/images/DB15EB.jpg?maxwidth=520 You can check with Buds' customer service and they may be able to verify. They also really need to clean up the description on this listing as it mentions 2 different handguards which obviously is not correct

Diamondback's DB15 rifle is made entirely in the U.S.A., starting with the tried-and-true U.S. Military-proven gas impingement system and using only the highest-quality components machined in Diamondback's CNC facility. This rifle features a 16" free-float, melonite-coated, chrome moly barrel with an A2 flash hider. The forged 7075 T6 aluminum receiver has a T-marked A3 flattop. It uses a Magpul CTR buttstock and Mil-Spec buffer tube with a Diamondback aluminum modified 9" keymod rail and Magpul MOE pistol grip. It comes with a 30-round Magpul PMag with window.
