I like this gun! Solid feel tight fit on all the parts and with combat sights install accurate on steel torso size targets at 100 yards. Considering my age and that I was shooting using my elbow as my rest keeping the shots in a 3 inch circle is pretty good for me. Shipping was fast as usual for Buds and my FFL is were fast and courteous, Thanks to all

This is my first AR-10 style rifle and I couldn't be happier. I've owned/built 7 AR-15's so I am familiar with the construction and function. When I picked it up at my FFL I immediately noted what I consider to be a high level of fit and finish. I had previously owned an M1A and the DB10 was not a downgrade. The price is excellent for what you get. I fired it today, at a 2x4 150 yards away, using a 4x scope that I hadn't even zeroed yet. I'm following DB's instructions by cleaning the barrel after each round for the first 20 rounds. I did 5 today. The first missed the 2x4 and the last 4 hit. I was shooting off hand. I imagine by the time I get that 20 rounds out of the way and sit down to seriously zero my Vortex scope on this weapon on a bench that the results will improve dramatically. Oh and I am using 147 grain FMJ Winchester white box 308 for this break-in. I'm saving the Federal Premium Gold Medal 308 Winchester 175 Grain Sierra MatchKings for zero time. I did take off the flash hider than came with it and installed a Smith Enterprises Good-Iron muzzle brake. I also swapped the Magpul CTR buttstock for a Vltor IMOD Basic Stock, which is what I use on my AR-15's. It weighed in at 11.7 pounds with a full 20 round mag, scope, and bipod. Shooting was very comfortable. The word "recoil" never entered my mind during the shoot. If you're on the fence about this Diamondback firearm, I say go for it. You won't be sorry. As always Bud's price, shipping and service is excellent. I don't buy anywhere else any more.
