  the for 4473 is the normal form you fill out at the dealer to purchase a firearm this Muzzleloader is classified as a modern forearm because it is built a remingtom 700 Rifle platform so it will have to be shipped to a FFL and the transfer paperwork (form 4473) filled out and approved just like a Remington 700 in .308 caliber most muzzleloaders can be shipped to you home and require no paperwork

  Yes you can Chris. "The Remington .50 caliber muzzleloader is built on the Model 700 short action. The receivers are drilled and tapped for scope mounts.
