For quite some time I had been wanting to add a rifle of this type / caliber to my collection and the PTR with classic wood furniture filled my wishes to perfection. Made using the original HK tooling and with exceptional attention to detal and quality this now numbers among my favorite firearms. It truly exceeds the descriptions and appears even better than any photos indicate. Accuracy and reliability out of the box could not be better. Highly recommend this firearm to anyone in the market for a G-3 type or 7.62 x 51 / .308 rifle. My order arrived promptly in spite of the "stretched" market at the time. As usual service from Buds was outstanding. This is one of more than a few firearms I have purchased from Bud and assuredly it will not be the last. Thanks Buds, you have a customer for life!!

The picture doesn't do this firearm justice, the wood stock set is absolutely gorgeous. Not to mention this baby will spit out anything you feed her. Definitely can not go wrong with this! My only advice is to perhaps consider getting earplugs as well, haha.
