Just bought this specific model from BGS and it came with 2x 6 round magazines. 1 with the flat bottom and one with curved pinky extension. They are they same size other than the magazine plate and both are marked with last sight hole "6". The description says 1x 6 and 1x 7 round should have came with the gun. The picture of the 7 round mag show its clearly different that the 6x mags. Slight bummer to say the least.

That's weird, it should of came with one 7 and on 6 round magazine. Maybe Springfield made a mistake. Have you tried adding 7 to one? If so I'd contact Springfield at (800) 680-6866 or email at sales@springfield-armory.com and I'm sure they'll take care of it.

And no, only you received 2-6 round magazines, must just be they don't like you.

I boycotted springfield for what they pulled in Illinois after they publicly apologized I let it go. That being said I'm very pleased with this weapon works flawlessly handles recoil surprisingly well and very accurate.It's size is makes it one of my ccw. My hats off to Buds for another sale with no issues. With everyone in my town out of guns I can buy from buds and shoot it in a week. Life is good.

This is a home run from Springfield Armory. I have the XDS 45 and love it but the added flexibility of a hammer with DA capability and a decocker are ideal for conceal carry in a litigious society. The hammer provides the extra force necessary to ignite most primers that striker pistols might experience a failure to fire. I’m not a great shot but can get 2.5 inch groups at 10 yards doing Bill Drills with this pistol. The hightened bore axis is not an issue at all. Highly recommend. And, as always, Buds far exceeded my expectations in terms of pricing and delivery. You can never go wrong with Buds.

I am a fan of Springfield xd's but with my large hands the xds never seemed a good fit but with the xde with the seven round magazine it fits like a glove and really not that bad with the six round magazine with the pinkie tang it fits my needs for conseal carry with the iwb holster you can where this pistol all day comfortably. As for as accuracy its not bad it's not my xdm 45 but its not trying to be either and the reliability is pure Springfield xd it will fire what ever you feed it that I love! A pistol that goes bang every time is just awesome thanks Don

Great pistol! If you don’t care for striker-fired pistols, then this one fits the bill. Great grip in the hand and compact design. Powerful .45 ACP and you can carry it cocked and locked! I like the decocking function. I’m very happy with my purchase and Buds was great as always. Just buy it!

The Springfield Armory XD-E .45 is flawless! Took it to the range the day it came in. Only got to put about 75 rounds through it, but I had no problems at all. The gun has just enough weight on it to compensate for the .45 caliber ammo. Recoil was minimal.

I have the 9mm version of this XDe and love it. I like 45 cal and purchased the new 45 cal XDe when I saw it was available. I have carried it twice now on overnight security duties and love how it sits on my hip. I have even forgot it was there. As always, Bud's has provided top notch service and an excellent product.
