Really love this gun . Shoots very good . Looked for one for several years finally found one and bought it. Only thing I don’t like about it is can’t shoot it much . Recoil on kills your hands because of gun being Titanium. Tried different weights of ammunition didn’t work. Even sent gun out to get ported that didn’t work either. But if you have really strong hands and take the recoil buy one .

44 MAG and UltraLite should never go together. I get it...This is a gun to pack when going out in the brush. It is light, but it is also pretty brutal to shoot. Shoot it with two hands and be prepared to take a break after putting a few rounds through it. Wrist braces may help! Outside of actually shooting this hand cannon, its a nice gun!

This is the first 44mag I've ever owned I've always had semiauto handguns I was expecting more recoil when I shot it ,I was surprised how smooth and accurate it was. I would definitely recommend this firearm and also the purchasing experience with buds is always good.

Super light and super fun! Shoots 44sp loads very well. Would be an excellent gun to carry in bear country, on a hog hunt, etc. Buds delivered fast.

I needed something that could stop black bears or other 4 legged dangers in the woods. Reading the forums most said it has to be a 454, 460, or 500. Then I read under the FAQ section on the Buffalo Bore ammunition website. An in depth article about what will reasonably stop bears by someone with extensive experience. So viola, this gun is awesome. It is so light. You can strap it on and wear it all day in the woods and not realize its there. It does kick but remember it only weighs 28 oz. My wife shoots it without any problems. I love the gun and would buy it again without hesitation. If you are on the fence, buy it. You will not be disappointed.

PURE JUNK~I SHOT 6 ROUNDS AND NEEDED A SCREW DRIVER AND VICEGRIPS TO POUND OUT EACH ONE OF THE CASES. GUN WILL NOT CYCLE. TAURUS IS PAYING TO RETURN THIS JUNK TO FLORIDA. IT BETTER RETURN TO ME SHOOTING LIKE A SMITH OR A RUGER. I SHOULD HAVE JUST PUT OUT A LITTLE EXTRA AND GOT A SMITH AIRLITE. REMEMBER THAT YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR. 6 ROUNDS

update, NOT BUDS FAULT, just another POS from Taurus. I have shot many many rounds though it, and every time, I have to take a screw driver and a hammer and POUND out the spent cartridges. IT IS GOING BACK TO TAURUS TOMORROW, they are going to pay for this thing to go back to the shop, BRAND NEW, when will I ever learn, Now, when it comes back, I expect it to be a fine shooting gun. But if you can get the expended rounds out, and this includes Corbon, Winchester, Hornady, and one other brand, this it is USELESS, and it is too light to be a boat anchor. Bob in Tulsa :(

First- kuddos to Buds for the fast shipping. BUT, all I have to say is just drug test me, who in their right mind would get an ULTRALITE .44 Mag? oh, yeah, ME! This gun is very VERY VERY ACCURATE, the trigger is AWESOME, very nice break in tension right before the single action break when the revolver fires! YES, it does sting a bit, but, it is a whole lot better than being the bad guy at whom I would be SHOOTING! Now, the ONLY draw back, I could not get the empty cartridges OUT of the cylinder. BUT, this is NOT a reflection on the gun, but rather a reflection on me by going cheap on ammo and buying that ammo that has an EXPANDING aluminum cartridge. When I used brass, it ejected just like it was suppose too. I love S&W's but this is an awesome buy!

This gun looks almost comically large. It is so incredibly light that you might mistake it for a toy. I fired 12 rounds of 240 gr Federals on Sunday. It is Tuesday, and my hand is still sore!! It's the good kinda sore though. I can't wait to get out and toughen up my shooting hand. This gun is phemomenal! There is nothing I don't like about it. I bought it for an upcoming Alaska hunt, and I am confident that I now have an equalizer unlike any other. Super light carry gun that has an incredible bite. THIS GUN IS AWESOME!! I have four S&W 38/357s (all stainless) and I would trade any of them for my new Taurus. Thanks BUDs for the great deal and great service.
