Great gun. I've not shot it yet.This is the second high polished gun I've received from Buds completely scuffed. Very dissatisfied. BUT, I called Henry and they are paying for the rifle to be shipped to them and fixed. Not sure I will buy any polished guns from Buds anymore. The rifle itself is solid and very well constructed. It's a Henry. Buds is great, but come on guys. Check your guns and stop sending out scratched returns as new guns. It's a LOT of $$$ only to find it jacked up. Don't be diswayed from buying from Buds. Just be cautious.

This is a beautiful rifle. I almost didn't want to shoot it. But I have run about 200 rounds thru it and it is smooth and accurate. I love that it is made in the USA. And Buds made the purchase easy. Great price and fast shipping. All in all I highly recommend Buds and the Henry Big Boy Silver.

This lever action is the best I have ever bought, well worth the money, the finish is amazing as well as the action itself. It is also fairly accurate, a little heavy but that was to be expected. All in all a very excellent quality and functioning rifle.

Wonderful piece of craftsmanship. Looks, feels and shoots like a dream. My 12 year old said it's lever action is smoother than his bb gun. I agree.
