WOW! what a difference this slide and barrel make. I switched to this from a 4.25 slide. The porting helps a lot with follow up on target acquisition. The RMR cut in the slide is perfect and you get a lot of adapter plates for various optics. I chose the Vortex Viper and it works great with this setup. The sights are at a perfect height for co-witness or if the optic fails. If you are looking to upgrade your M&P then this is a great option.
