Ruger Blackhawk Convertible Blued/Hardwood 4.62" 357 Magnum / 9mm Revolver - 4.625" Barrel, 6 Rounds

One of my favorite pistols ! Well made, well balanced. shot both cylinders (9mm & 357) with different ammo with great results. Really like the look of the flattop design.

What can I say that is not already known about the rugged Ruger Blackhawk. This revolver is the perfect companion to backwoods adventures. It handles 357. 38, and 9 mm equally well. I like the the vintage look of the flat top. I own a dozen Ruger firearms I have never been disappointed with any of them.

I purchased a Ruger Blackhawk Flattop 357/9 revolver from Bud's. Got this weapon about a month ago. Buds as usual shipped quickly and it arrived at my FFL in 5 days. The weapon is sharp as a tack and shoots great. I have larger "Paws" so the grip is small in my hand. I ordered Hogue grips from Ruger an now it fits well in my hands. I have a .45LC/.45ACP convertible I did the same thing on. The gun shoots point of aim and never a misstep like all revolvers. Now if Ruger would get their rears in gear and make the Red hawk .45LC/.45acp available I would be one happy camper. The 4 stars is because of the small grip.

very sharp looking pistol, better in person than in pictures. shoos very well with 38s and is pretty accurate with 9mm, pleasantly surprised. this is my 3rd gun from Buds and am completely satisfied with the top notch customer service they deliver, that I already have a 4th gun on layaway with them.

Beautiful and smooth action. Beware that the grip is small on this revolver.
