Sergio - You would get one 8 round magazine, bushing wrench, trigger lock key, owner's manual, and associated paperwork in a Taurus plastic case.. I'm going to venture out here and offer an opinion ... look at Rick Islands very carefully before you buy this gun. 40+ years of shooting 1911s has taught me that it is always better to buy the most expensive (and usually higher quality) pistol you can afford up front and not have as much risk of suffering operational problems. Also, remember, get the best magazines you can afford - Wilson Combat, Tripp, Chip McCormick, or MecGar are all fine. Magazines are usually the first place to look if you have function problems with a 1911. Enjoy whatever you get, and celebrate in the fact you are shooting a pistol whose design has stood up to well over 100 years of use, including by our military forces for decades - and is still a very capable pistol design. Talk about rare as hen's teeth - this Bulls Head Walnut grip has been unobtanium for years, even from Taurus. Bud's had an 'in-stock' item of them and so I figured I'd give it a lark and see if it's really the blued 1911 with the Bulls Head Walnut grip. Yes, it sure was. Great replacement for the Taurus 1911 I had to sell a few years back to get my son's through Scout Camp. Well packed, heavily cosmoline'd; will take a good afternoon to take down and completely clean up. Came with two 8 round Taurus magazines which worked perfectly in my prior Taurus. Tackdriver of a gun, never had any problems with the previous one. This model does have 3-dot sights instead of the Heine Straight-8 sites; nothing major as I'll be updating that to a night glowing site over the winter. Not going to be a primary shooter or competition gun; don't want to wear down that amazing grip.
