Austin, yes Sir you can. Most manufacturers including CZ make firearm packages that have 10rd magazines so their pistols can also be sold in states that have magazine capacity restrictions. The pistols are exactly the same but just have 10rd mags included. The pistols will also accept any standard or higher capacity magazines just fine. Cheers and stay safe!

I use this pistol primarily to shoot in a weekly league at our local club. I have fired several hundred rounds of different factory ammo through it and the gun has never malfunctioned. Easy to maintain and easy to upgrade. I would definitely purchase this and other CZ products again.
