No but, this Sig P365 comes with an ambidextrous thumb safety which is really well designed and mag release on the SIG P365 is reversible. The slide release unfortunately is right handed and not ambidextrous. Cheers and Happy Holidays!

Yes, this has a reversable magazine release and has a ambidextrous safety. So this can be easily handled by left or right handed people. Now the slide release/catch is only on the left side but I'm sure with some practice it will become easy to manipulate. I have a p365 xl and fantastic pistol, quickly became my every day Carry. Unfortunately no this is not CA compliant, for many reasons, above all else is that its not on the CA doj list of approved firearms, this is a newer pistol like the XDM Elite and the CA DOJ hasn't added any new pistols in some time.
