My third Tristar purchase. I also have two Berettas, a Model 12 Winchester, a Bullpup and a Browning and I have been shooting for over 55 years, so I know a little bit about gun quality. Other than a Beretta that my Dad gave me, this is my favorite of all. I bought a 28 gauge Setter ST back in November as I have a chemo port on the right side and all my other guns are 12 gauge. They were a little too much recoil that close to the port to feel comfortable with. The Setter is a sweet little gun, but the first round of chemo I had left me with neuropathy in my fingers and it makes the extractors a chore to remove the empties without looking. Wasn't that big of a deal with the 12 gauge Trinity I had, but the 28s small circumference made it more difficult. While the Setter is a nice gun, the TT-15 is an entire cut above, and not just because off the ejectors. The jeweled internals, the nicer wood, the exended chokes, and other things make it definitely worth the price difference. The Setter will make a nice birthday gift for my nephew's 13th. I don't think you can beat this purchase for twice the price.

I am well pleased with this shotgun. Wood - very nice, frame - locks up tight, barrels - good finish nice bluing and shot to same point of aim. Handles great and fits me well (5'-6") . overall very nice. great gun for the money

So far I am very pleased with my new TriStar TT-15 o/u in 28 gauge. I’ve only shot about 250 rounds of skeet with it but I am very pleased so far. I bought the gun to shoot sub gauge skeet and sporting clays and I think it will do fine once I get used to the comparatively light weight of the gun compared to my much heavier Browning CTS Special Sporting Clays in 12 gauge. The gun is well balanced and I’m extremely pleased with the fit and finish. Having five extended choke tubes come with the gun is a plus since I plan to use it for two different disciplines. It has demonstrated the ability to really crush targets despite being a 28 gauge when I do my part. I’m a ve4y happy customer so far. BUD’s price was the best I could find.
