Bud's Gun Shop service was superb. I purchased a new SS 9mm Iver Johnson Thrasher.
I fired 300 rounds of ball ammo without a single problem
However, self-defense hollow points were another matter.
It hung up sometimes when loading a first rouind, sometimes on the fourth, sometimes on the seventh.
These failures to feed were the same with both magazines and three different self-defense ammo.
Ammo was Hornady 115 critical defense flex tip, Remington golden saber black belt, and Speer HST. All 9mm but no P.
The magazines were the original that came with the gun and an additional stainless model purchased from Iver Johnson.
I have left two messages for Iver Johnson to call me back; no response to date.
Their delayed response may be due to the Hurricane Dorian.
