Traditions Firearms 1873 Frontier Case Hardened/Blued Walnut Grip 357 Magnum Revolver - 5.5" Barrel, 6 Rounds

I absolutely love this revolver. I cannot say enough good things about it. So, first off, is the grip. It's got a Colt 1860 Army black powder grip frame fitted onto a Colt 1873 Single Action Army receiver and barrel assembly. Now, with the 5.5" barrel, in .357 Magnum, this means you can fire some seriously stout loads through this pistol and still do it pretty comfortably because of the grip frame. The Colt 1860 Army grip frame puts your hand and wrist in a position to better control the recoil, and roll with it, bringing you back on target faster. Plus, this thing has a hammer block safety, like a Ruger. So, all in all, this is a really awesome revolver. The color-case hardening on the receiver is pretty and the blueing is top notch.
