It is built on a compact frame with a non-reciprocating side-charging handle. Its BLACKHAWK!® nickel boron treated two-stage target trigger and Magpul PRS® adjustable buttstock optimize the inherent accuracy of the upgraded Savage barrel , which features 5R rifling and a Melonite QPQ finish.

Performance was top notch. I have used 5 different types of ammo and performs nicely with each. Groups are tight and the balance in the weapon is perfect. You won't be disappointed.

Purchased mine from Buds. Service from Buds was outstanding as always. The MSR 10 is simply an outstanding weapon. I loaded up some Hornady Amax and it ran awesome. Definitely a 1MOA rifle. I was able to shrink my groups even further after reloading. I loaded some 175gr Hornady ELDX bullets under Varget using Lapua brass. At a 100 yards my groups are the smaller than a quarter. I also changed out the stock brake for a SilencerCo ASR brake and run an Omega 300 suppressor. Poi didn’t shift much with the suppressor added. The rifle is very quiet with the omega. Subsonic Ammo using Makers bullets make it awesome out to 150 yards for deer hunting. This rifle runs great, you will be happy.

I love this rifle, it has the familiarity and reliability of the AR platform but with truly groundbreaking designs included. The adjustable gas block, side charging handle, 2 stage trigger, Key Mod free floating barrel handguards, Magpul PRS Gen 3 Precision adjustable stock and melonite coated 5 land 20" barrel all come standard. All you need to add to it are sights and an optic. This AR10 system is very capable of driving 1 or sub MOA accuracy. It's been very reliable and a pleasure to shoot.
