I had to send the gun back to Charter on the day I got it. Trigger and cylinder off timing.

This is a great little gun! I've had to switch to wheel (revolver) guns due to peripheral neuropathy. I could no longer rack my 9mm or 380. At the range, groups were surprisingly tight (3") at 7 yards. The fit and finish of this gun are excellent. It also is an 8-shot and comes with snap caps. I fired CCI and Hornady, both performed well.

I bought this for my mother and she loved it. 22WMR is the adult version of 22LR. Easy to handle. Charter Arms makes a fine revolver

Great little firearm. Shoots every time and great groups. 22mag has lots of power for such a small round.

Very pleased with this small revolver. Fills the hand and easily conceals. I did at white to the front sight to aid in target aquisition. I own several Charter Arms revolvers and am please with all of them.

I have run about 100 rounds through the gun so far. It shoots a little low at 7 yards but hits in the same place every time. Extraction was a little sticky at first but after cleaning it's doing better. I put a nice set of rosewood grips on it and it looks and feels great. I have three Charter Arms revolvers and I'm happy with all of them.

I bought this DA/SA revolver for my wife, to replace another double-action-only .22 Magnum. She found the trigger pull on the previous one to be so heavy that she couldn't shoot accurately. I had a similar experience. The Charter is a bit heavier and larger than the previous but in double action, the trigger pull was noticeably lower. In single action, trigger pull was far into the acceptable range. Cocking is a quite stiff but the trigger is precise and the much lighter pull gives the desired 'surprise' when the hammer drops. Quality of construction is just OK, not great and the cylinder is wobbly when its open for loading. Case ejector was stiff, even after lubrication. I'm hoping that the gun will feel better after some wearing in but even as is, it's acceptable for the purpose. As usual, Bud's was lightning quick with the shipping and everything went smoothly at the local FFL.

I've only had this pistol for a week but so far all the shells jam after firing and have to be removed with a slender punch. I'm trying different manufacturers with no luck. Very disappointing but perhaps there is a solution I'm missing. Thoughts?

I picked up this little revolver for a walking around pocket gun. It's well made and shoots like a dream. The trigger pull in SA is very light and in DA smooth. The first day I had it I used it at night to dispatch a racoon that's was raiding my chicken coop. I had it loaded with Gold Dot HP ammo and the racoon was dropped with one shot. This is my fourth Charter Arms revolver and I just ordered number five. I have several small revolvers from both S&W and Ruger and while the Charter Arms revolvers may not have the fancy price tag, they are very well built, sturdy, reliable and highly functional. I highly recommend both Charter Arms and Buds! .

After getting this, I'd find something else to fit the bill, ala short barreled Ruger Single 6, Terrible lock up, bad out of box sighting and in the end, nothing more than a noisemaker for me.
