Great knife in this price range. Sturdy, light, well-built and with good ergonomics. The VG-10 steel takes and holds an excellent edge. It had a very good edge right out of the box. I hit it half a dozen strokes each on a 400 then a 1400 grit vermiculite stone and now it's an atom-splitter. Emerson Wave opener gets it open quickly. Buy it if you want a large folder of superior quality.

Spyderco Endura with Emerson Wave Opening , Guys that is not a Gut Hook.......The knife is great for the money. I'd like to see it in G-10 handles other than that I love it and the Wave works like a charm.......
