To start with Buds is SUPER, and this CPO pistol is not my first 250 from Buds. The only way it could be identified as a CPO gun was the red box and red band around the grip, rather than the new blue colored ones. Since this make three of these model 250 pistols I have to admit I LOVE this model, and the double action only action with the bobbed hammer. I have yet to find any conversions in size or caliber, but at this price I can just keep buying CPO guns and not have to worry about having to convert. This pistol shoots great, but a new shooter might find the DAO action a bit bother some, I don't. This pistol carries great and shoots just as well, and now that I have one in 9MM, .40 S&W, and one in .45 ACP I have to make up my mind which one goes to town with me.

Great gun at a great price. I had been looking to pick up a Sig 250 for a couple months. When i saw the $399.00 price I jumped right on it, figuring the gun would come in fair/good condition being it was used. Boy was I surprised, not only did the gun come in stellar condition, but my dealer was a little pissed with me for ordering a "new" gun from elsewhere. Not until he looked at the "CPO Red" clamshell did he realize the gun was in fact pre-owned. I have yet to take her to the range, but I have a few buddies with 250's so I already know what to expect. Thanks BUDS, now if I only can find a P226 CPO.........
