This was I think my 4 or 5th gun and I have ordered since this purchase and overall I'm delighted with Bud's and will continue ordering from them.
But we all make mistakes, on this purchase Bud's really screwed up the description and grading, and I screwed up by accepting it from my FFL. So we where both in the wrong.
This was in 90-100% condition as listed by Bud's. When I opened the box the first thing we (the FFL and myself) noticed was there was no front site on the gun. The site was rattling around in the box along with only one of the two screws. There is no way the site was on the gun and came loose during shipment, I'm guessing the PO maybe had it off to run an optic? Anyways it really threw me for a loop when I seen that. Also the extra mag was just thrown in the box and I'm guessing that is what caused the damage to the finish on the receiver? It has two scratches, one is more like a gouge. Also there are two places on the stock with minor damage.
I would guess the damage on the stock and receiver was caused by the loose mag and maybe the front site flopping around inside the box?

But for the gun to be listed at 90-100% makes me wonder if it was ever inspected. But like I said, this is both our faults and I'm scratching my head as to why I accepted it. I guess the more I look at it the more it bothers me.
Again, 50% my fault but it is what it is.... I paid $550 TOP DOLLAR for what I though was a close to perfect firearm only to be shipped a $300 gun :_(
