I purchased this gun for my wife and I must say that this is a nice little pistol with punch. I will more than likely order one for myself sooner or later. Also a nice carry firearm that is small and lightweight. Would definitely recommend.

I bought this little lilac for my wife and we took it home immediately after picking it up from the ffl and shot it behind our house ( we live out in the country on 30 acres). The gun fit my wife's hand perfectly and she shot it with pride and confidence. It was a little louder than I was expecting, but what can be expected with a barrel that short. It shot fine and seemed to be pretty well sighted in. My wife liked the colors a lot. The price was right for all the gun offers. Everything seemed to work smooth and fine with the gun just as hoping for. Well worth it

Outwardly the gun looks good colors are cool a big hit with the younger crowd seems pretty solid their is too much plastic for my taste the trigger area looks a bit out of place and I meant quality by that very light weight again too much for my taste but for the price seems like a good deal I am hopeful the Ruger name stands up for the piece as far as quality goes if not it will be my last Ruger not that I judge the whole company on this one gun but if I put my name and reputation on a product it would meet my standards and Ruger should feel the same way if the don%u2019t then I will no longer require there service. ~ Thanks

My wife is able to shoot the gun well. It came with a nice holster, but only one mag. The striations on the slide needed to be filed down, a fact I discovered after I cut myself pretty bad on it. easy fix though. Good gun for her first. We enjoy bud\'s you make it easy and are always reliable

I\'m torn on this gun right now. We\'ve had quite a few FTF issues to date with this Ruger LCP. My wife and I have tried several different brands of ammo and this gun doesn\'t always want to load the next round after ejecting the last one. In average, we can expect at least one FTF with every 6 rounds fired which isnt a good ratio for a carry gun. You also have to be gentle when putting the magazine in and not slam it in or its an automatic FTF because the round will get stuck when trying to rack the slide. The slide itself has very sharp edges and has sliced through the fingers of all 4 people that have tried to rack this gun, including my wife\'s CCL instructor. Right now I\'d give this gun 3 stars at best, maybe it will improve with more breaking in but it can\'t be used for what it was purchased for at this point which was personal protection.
