This is a limited production PPK/s Federal Eagle Talo Edition pistol. Only 400 produced. Each pistol is numbered.
The imperial eagle has been used in many forms as a symbol of the
Germanic Republic. In 1950 Germany adopted the Bundesadler (Federal
Eagle) for official use. TALO contracted with master engraver, John
Pease from Chester, MA to design the germanic scrollwork used on this
slide and on the specially checkered hardwood grips. The distinctive
gold Federal Eagle confirms the pistol's heritage.
The Walther Federal Eagle is the last PPKS distributed by S&W.
Each pistol is marked on the frame indication the order of production.
