Great carbine! The mid length gas system pairs great with the light weight barrel. Very light carbine overall. I really like the Magpul lower too.

Great rifle, exactly what I needed it to be. The MOE touches are great, handles all the accessories. Eats whatever ammo I have to feed it, with minimal adjustments.

My First AR, was debating on this one and the SW Sport II. This rifle is ready to shoot out of the box, put 300 rounds through it when I got it with no issues. Excellent service from Buds and can't beat the military discount they offer. You won't be disappointed with this gun!

I purchased this weapon and I plan on saving it for a rainy day either to possibly give as a gift or to sell to someone because the price was amazing with all the Magpul accessories on a quality Smith & Wesson product. My friend purchased this weapon several years ago for almost $1,000 more than what I paid for it after military discount pricing and a factory $100 rebate. After all my rebates and discounts, I got this weapon for $750. Insane value.
