Uncle Mike's Craig Spegel Browning Hi-Power Rubber Grips

I have owned more than one high power. All of them have worn these grips. Sadly they hade went out of production. Buds was able to find some new. I am well pleased with the grips and even more pleased with Buds for finding them Joe Saxon

Excellent grips. Rubber overmolded onto steel, very solid. A little thinner than stock walnut grips with mild palm swell.

I purchased these grips for a 1994 Browning Hi Power Professional. They appear to be very well made and have a steel internal liner that provides stiffness and stability to the grips. The grips fit flush with the frame and have no noticeable gaps between them and the frame. The grip is very slim in the front and more thick in the rear. They are hand filling, but they are by no means too large. I have average sized hands. They are much thinner than the Pachmeyer Grips that came on the handgun, and for me they feel much more natural. The only negatives are very minor. The bottom of the grip is up slightly from the bottom of the frame. The only other improvement I could recommend would be for the rear portion of the grip to be less steep as it rises from the frame and travels forward. The contour of the back strap is more rounded than the flat of the back portion of the grip. Overall it is a very nice looking set of grips that have fine checkering and fit well. I would strongly recommend them to anyone that wants a thinner and very usable set of grips.
