Love the KSG. Initially I viewed this KSG as a Hollywood plastic prop until I was fortunate enough to actually get my hands on one... Boy did I ever have to eat crow for couple weeks. This thing turned my shotgun world views upside down and quickly. I used to have a very impressive collection of military and law enforcement shotguns. I repeat used to. After first shooting one feed tube I was hooked. All my gun buddies who had been after my tactical shotgun collection became the new owners of that collection and I began to Rebuild that collection with KSGs. We shoot a lot and have never had any issues or problems with any of the KSGs. I have purchased a ton of these but end up selling them to my gun buddies about every time we go shooting so my collection is constantly rotating. The overall length of this thing makes this the easiest handling shotgun to handle that I’ve ever shot. I would strongly caution everyone to make sure that before this thing is ever loaded that they purchase a high quality handgrip and mount it on the racking slide. These by nature must be solidly racked and without this hand grip there is a possibility that the operations hand might slide off the stock grip forward and u end up losing some or all of that hand. I find it funny that some people complain that it failed to feed but my experience is that this is a pump shotgun to pump it like you mean it!!! One can’t half rack it and assume it’s going to finish that rack cycle for you. Lack of a hand grip is not by any means a product design fail but having one does help cover for those not so bright guys you know who say “ Watch this Fellows!!!!!!” How about accuracy one may ask; I personally witnessed my son make 7-straight hits at the clay range and he was just shooting from the hip and not using iron sights. This thing is short and it lays on your forearm and basically u can aim it just like pointing ur finger. Very close to Point and shoot! Excellent defense shotgun. Short enough that in ur home if anyone tried to weasel it from you they would immediately be on the business end and ultimately it won’t be a good day for them. Any way other than its extremely accurate and easy to use; it’s tons of fun but on the flip side of fun: This is the MacDaddy of self defense shotguns. Period!!!! Word of advise: do not even pick it up unless u have the monies to bring one home... It will keep u awake dreaming of it even if you have one tucked under your pillow and it’s short enough to do that! And the best place to pick one up would be? WHY BUD’s; of course!!! And no this isn’t a paid advertisement all; Just the truth!!

I was somewhat worried about the KSG because of some YouTube videos. Shouldn't have been concerned. The gun performs exceptionally well. Eats everything that you feed it. It doesn't pinch my hand, it doesn't need a foregrip, it doesn't beat up my shoulder. Very fun to shoot. Highly recommended.
