CZ Scorpion Evo 3 S1 9mm 20rd OD Green - Green, 7.72" Barrel, 20+1 Rounds, 3-Dot Sights

The CZ scorpion Evo 3 quickly became my favorite submachinegun at the range. Not only is it accurate but reliable, I used a bunch of aftermarket mags at the range and had zero malfunctions out of 250 rounds. There are so many upgrades made for this thing I put one of those pistol braces on it and a Romeo red dot. The gun just functions and doesn’t mess. It shoots a wall of lead that would be hard to get through for any stand your ground or self defense situation. Buds had it when nobody else did so thank you again buds.

Excellent firearm, it chews through ammo like no other. Ive owned this firearm for about 2 years, only use the firearm casually, and put maybe 10,000 rounds through it. I’ve run Tula, Wolf, misc reloads I’ve found online from shady retailers, federal, and just about every brand of hollow point rounds I could get my hands on. I shot 1000 rounds of Russian 9mm aluminum/steel reloads in an attempt to break the firearm or cause a failure, I did not succeed.
Never had a light primer strike, or failure to eject due to the firearm itself. I’ve cleaned it more than normal around 5 times because of my excessive use of this firearm.
Excellent host for a suppressor, except when rapid firing you will get gas in your face which is expected.
For the price of the cz scorpion I consider it a deal in comparison to other 9mm rifle style pistols. If you have to choose between a MPX vs a Scorpion, I would consider the Scorpion because for the same amount of money you can upgrade the Scorpion to be possibly better than the MPX and have some extra for other toys.
The trigger is heavy but that can be fixed with a spring that’s under $10. The pistol grip angle is more angled than a mil spec ar-15 pistol grip. For left and right handed shooters the ambidextrous safety will run on your hand. All these problems can be fixed though, the Scorpion has a big presence with lots of outlets offering replacement parts, custom parts, and scorpion specific parts for decently cheap. Magazines are also cheap! Almost as cheap as AR magazines with a decent variety.
I choose this firearm as my home defense gun, it shoots a manageable round so that everyone in my household can use it proficiently, it’s compact, and it’s reliable. With the amount of ammo I put through this firearm I have no problems trusting it with my life.

Picked up from my local FFL after ordering on Buds. To my surprise it had the factory CZ sights. I was pleased as I dont think the Magpul sights fit great on this pistol. Overall it was an average price, great quality product, and Buds had the color I wanted in stock.

As a 26 year Army Vet. (20 of which was in Spec. Ops. ODA1112) and a current LEO SWAT team member, I purchased my CZ Scorpion as an entry weapon. Upon the addition of a SBTEVO brace, TLR-1 light, and Vortex red dot, this thing is freakin' awesome. Fired over 1500 rounds in the past 2 weeks with 0 issues. If you're looking for a great entry weapon or PDW, I would highly recommend this configuration. Drop, even at 50 yards is minimal and easily does 2" 5 shot groups at 25. BUD's was outstanding as usual. Not my first purchase and certainly not my last.

I got a great price with the qualified professional discount so Im really happy about that. My order spent 5 days with the status "processing." Which isn't out of bound. They say processing can be 3-7 business days so no biggy. I was surprised my Fastfire II can co-witness but it works great for zeroing the red dot. This fine piece of Czechnology is a blast to run through a mag with. Out of the box it was zeroed on the iron sights. The forward charging handle works well. Safety is crisp, trigger is managable, mag release is smooth. Oh, and it came with a 9mm bore snake so that's a bonus!

Great firearm and great price, thank you Buds for offering this LE/MIL discount!!! I went through roughly 400 rounds of 115 grains 9mm so far and everything is working flawlessly, no FTF or FTE. One thing to take note is I had to remove the thread protector off before heading to range since it can be unthreaded by itself while shooting. First time buying from Bud's and I will be back for another one soon.

This firearm is fantastic. Don’t waste your money on an mp5 or mpx. This gun is not only accurate but reliable. I put 500 steel case rounds through it with 0 ftfs. This is hands down the best sub style frame for the money and buds was excellent as usually.
